How and Why?:

1. There is always room for change. Creative ideas get stirred when tension exists. It is natural to want to grow and change. Growth pains are anticipated in any organisation. Coming together and working toward consensus is empowering for everyone.
   

2. During the session, there can be time set aside for thinking and reflection. Ideas can be passed to the facilitator. New slides can be created instantly to become part of the session. New questions, new ideas ... all part of an alive process.
   

3. Rome wasn’t built in a day. So don’t expect miracles (although great insights and great leaps forward can be made). Remember, the journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. Be grateful for progress - big or small.  There is always tomorrow for further resolution or more exploratory sessions.
